How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Trim Fat from roast.

  • Step 3: Rub surface of roast with Vinegar.

  • Step 4: Make Serveral 1-inch deep cuts into the roast and stuff with garlic slices.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper over the roast.

  • Step 6: Place roast on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

  • Step 7: Insert Meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the roast.

  • Step 8: Bake 350 for 1 hour and 40 mins or until thermometer reaches 160 Degrees.(slightly pink)

  • Step 9: Garnish with herb sprigs.
