Step by Step Method
Step 1
Wash potatoes, leave skins on. Cut into quarters to allow for faster cooking time.
Step 2
Place cut potatoes in large pot, fill over the potatoes with water and add 1tps of fresh minced garlic.
Step 3
Bring potatoes to a boil, continue cooking for 10-12min, or until a fork can easily pierce thought potato.
Step 4
Once potatoes are cooked, drain all water.
Step 5
Add in 1/2 cup of butter or margarine. Using a potato masher, mash until butter in mixed in and melted.
Step 6
Add in remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer until smooth
