Step 1: Wash potatoes, leave skins on. Cut into quarters to allow for faster cooking time.
Step 2: Place cut potatoes in large pot, fill over the potatoes with water and add 1tps of fresh minced garlic.
Step 3: Bring potatoes to a boil, continue cooking for 10-12min, or until a fork can easily pierce thought potato.
Step 4: Once potatoes are cooked, drain all water.
Step 5: Add in 1/2 cup of butter or margarine. Using a potato masher, mash until butter in mixed in and melted.
Step 6: Add in remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer until smooth
