Step by Step Method

In a 9x13 inch Pam sprayed cake pan, layer potatoes onions then pork chops. Dot with butter.

Step 2

Pour on Lipton onion soup packet, season then pour on water.

This is a very easy and "comfort" feeling meal. There was a lot of liquid left in my casserole dish, so think I'd reduce the water next time. Loved that the potatoes soaked up the flavor of the pork fat. Nice cooking method!
