Ingredients
- 24 ounces pork loin chops (4 chops, 6 ounce each)
- 24 ounces potatoes, sliced (4 potatoes)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow onion (finely sliced)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 packet (1/4 ounce) dry onion soup mix (French onion)
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- Worcestershire sauce (4 dashes)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
How to Make

Step 1: In a 9x13 inch Pam sprayed cake pan, layer potatoes onions then pork chops. Dot with butter.

Step 2: Pour on Lipton onion soup packet, season then pour on water.

Step 3: Cover and bake 350 90 minutes.

Step 4: Last 10 minutes uncover sprinkle on cheese.
