Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Drizzle a little olive oil on a large baking sheet, then use a paper towel to rub the pan down.
Step 3
In a large bowl, add broccoli, olive oil, garlic, and salt, to taste.
Step 4
Toss broccoli with a spoon until it's completely coated.
Step 5
Pour broccoli on the prepared baking sheet, spreading out into an even layer.
Step 6
Scoop out any garlic and oil left in the bowl, and sprinkle it over the broccoli.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until broccoli is cooked through.
Step 8
Sprinkle broccoli with Parmesan cheese before serving.
