Step 1

Cook bacon.

Step 2

Cook egg in bacon grease.

Step 3

Add cheese and pepper, remove.

Step 4

Add vinegar and mustard. Pour over lettuce that you have put on top on bun.

Add egg and bacon on one side.

We had to end up making this without the egg, but it was still really good. Think we put more blue cheese on ours. Quick and delicious.
