Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the flours and rub in the butter and stir in the sugar and then turn on to a floured boards and knead the mixture thoroughly with the hand into a smooth dough.
Step 2
Shape into rounds and notch the edges with the forefingers and thumbs and bake in a moderate 350F preheated oven till golden brown.
