Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the shells until firm-tender, sort of eldente. Drain rinse under very cold water (make sure the shells don't hold any water, I dry the inside with paper towels).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all the filling ingredients, mix together well.
Step 3
Using a large spoon, stuff with creamy mixture into the shells.
Step 4
Place the shells in greased baking dish. (NOTE: you can cover and refrigerate the shells until the time you want to bake them).
Step 5
Spread the marinara sauce over shells, top with Parmesan then mozzarella cheese.
Step 6
Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
