We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the shells until firm-tender, sort of eldente. Drain rinse under very cold water (make sure the shells don't hold any water, I dry the inside with paper towels).

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine all the filling ingredients, mix together well.

  • Step 3: Using a large spoon, stuff with creamy mixture into the shells.

  • Step 4: Place the shells in greased baking dish. (NOTE: you can cover and refrigerate the shells until the time you want to bake them).

  • Step 5: Spread the marinara sauce over shells, top with Parmesan then mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
