Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Pam spray 9x13 casserole.
Step 3
Cook noodles in heavily salted boiling water until al dente; drain, saving 1/2 cup water.

Meat: Cook meat and onions together and add celery and peppers, season lightly.
Step 5
Cook until translucent.
Step 6
Add garlic.
Step 7
Drain if needed.
Step 8
Add sauce, using pasta water to rinse out can and jar.
Step 9
Add noodles.
Step 10
Pour into casserole dish.
Step 11
Bake for 35 minutes.
Step 12
Add cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
