"One of my favorite seasoning blends. A classic blend of the following herbs. They are fantastic with seafood, pasta, eggs, soups, etc. Now, it is always better to use fresh herbs; however, you can also dry your own herbs too; and, keep a mix in your pantry. Or buy dry herbs; and make your own blend. Now, if you are drying your own herbs; obviously the time to prepare will be different. Otherwise, just 5 minutes - to mix and store."
Ingredients
- Equal amounts of the following herbs (whether they are fresh are dry)

-
Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix ... Now, whether you are making a dry blend, or fresh blend; the ratio is the same - Equal parts. If drying your own herbs, there are multiple methods - natural drying, a dehydrator, or oven, etc.
Step 2
Add the dry herbs to a small bowl and mix to combine. If using fresh herbs, once they are dried; use a food processor of hand chop - to a fine dice.
Step 3
I have an herb garden; so, I like to dry my own, then make my mix. But, there are many places to buy quality dried herbs these days - then, you can make your own blend. ENJOY!
