Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Grease and dust two 8X 8 cake pans with cocoa.
Step 3
Cream butter and add sugar a little at a time.
Step 4
Cream well; add eggs.
Step 5
Sift flour, salt, soda and cocoa together 3 times.
Step 6
Add coffee to batter alternatively with flour mixture.
Step 7
Then add vinegar and vanilla.
Step 8
Pour into the 2 pans ,they had only 1 mentioned but i think from timing baking and overflow this was a layer cake
Step 9
Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes. Check a little sooner having split the batter

Everyone said it was excellent cake flavor wise
