"I can't get enough of this especially in the hot summer months. If you like your broccoli softer then steam it for a few minutes in the microwave, don't boil it in water or the salad will be watery, it's important that the broccoli is completely dry. Water chestnuts is a nice change instead of the cashews. This is best made a day before"
