I used this pudding to make a Chocolate Cream Pie. It was so creamy and delicious! I doubled the recipe and used my deep dish pie plate. I had some left over, but didn't fret for 1 second, because I just used dessert cups for the rest. I was in pudding heaven for a few days!

Rich and delicious, like a good thick Spanish hot chocolate. I did make this with nonfat milk, and it did not suffer for it. We also like our chocolate bittersweet, so I only added a third cup of sugar for a half recipe.

This was okay but for my tastes this was way to chocolatey and just a little thick, for someone who loves a extreme dark chocolate flavor then this may be what you want, it did thicken up nicely just a little to much, nothing at all wrong with the recipe and I may make it again but will reduce the cocoa by half and also reduce the cornstarch by a few tablespoons, thanks for posting cupcake!
