Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

What a great side dish! All of our favorite veggies play a role, and the seasoning is just right. Not too light, not too bold. My veggies took less time to cook than stated in the recipe - total time was about 20-25 minutes on the stove. Thanks for another keeper!
