Take the wieners out, put them on a hot dog bun, and pile the kraut on top. Then fill them full of mustard"

Step by Step Method

Rinse sauerkraut and drain.
Step 2
Add pepper, salt, and shortening. bacon grease or chicken bouillon with water works well here

Let cook in skillet for about 45 minutes on medium heat. (now this is just crazy time,way to long)Boil the hot dogs,(I cook them in the kraut) and heat the buns. Place the hot dogs on buns. Pile sauerkraut on top of hot dog
Step 4
Them top with mustard
