Except for using seeded mustard, I made this recipe as written and served on toasted muffins. I really did enjoy this recipe and this made for a lovely breakfast. Quick and easy to make, with great flavors.

Made for light supper and served on wholemeal/wholegrain bread roll and thoroughly enjoyed. The only change made was to omit the celery as I did not have any, thank you Joan Wagner Teller, made for Alphabet Tag Game at FF&F.
