Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
In a small skillet, saute onion, green peppers and sausages until the veggies are soft and the sausages are browned.
Step 3
In a large bowl, break eggs and beat with cheese, jalapenos, milk and salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add cooked veggies and sausage to egg mixture.
Step 5
Pour into an 8x8 greased pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until eggs are set.
Step 6
Garnish with green onions if using.
