"A perfect condiment for sandwiches or wraps. Also, great on burgers; or, crab, zucchini, and potato cakes. Grilled beef, pork, poultry, or seafood. And, my favorite, is on grilled pork chops. It is so easy to make; but, it takes some time. Once it is done; it will last a couple of weeks in the refrigerator. I like to store mine in a small mason jar. Just make sure to label and date it, so you don't forget."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Jam ... Add all the ingredients to a heavy pot. I like to use a potato masher, to break down the tomatoes a bit. Then, bring the mix to a light boil, constantly stirring. Cook just a couple of minutes; then, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours (1 1/2 hrs for me), until the consistency is thick - like jam. You do need to stir it now and then ... don't forget about it. You do not want it to burn.
Step 2
Remove from the heat to cool. Once completely cooled, transfer to a jar or ziploc type of container and refrigerate. As mentioned, it will last a couple of weeks in the refrigerator. This makes about 1 cup of jam. Perfect to make for a party.
Step 3
Serve and ENJOY! ... As mentioned. A perfect condiment for so many different dishes.
