"This recipe takes some short cuts that allows the tacos to stay warm longer and speeds up loading them. This makes 10 tacos. The meat/bean mixture freezes well so you may make 5 tacos and freeze half"

Step 1
Brown . the ground beef over medium heat (apprx 8 minutes)

Add garlic & blend in for apprx 2 minutes

Add refried beans to pan

Mix well and continue heating the bean/meat mixture for apprx 15 minutes

Meanwhile mix together the prepared letttuce, tomatoes & onions
