Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat meatballs according to package directions and keep warm.

Step 2

Cook egg noodles according to package directions (if using).

Step 3

Saute onion and mushrooms in oil and butter (mixed) with salt and black pepper.

Step 4

Stir in the flour and cook for a minute or two to remove raw flour taste.

Step 5

Add milk and remaining ingredients, stirring until mixture comes to a boil.

Step 6

Cook one minute, stirring constantly, and adjust the thickness with milk or a slurry if needed.

Step 7

Stir in the hot meatballs.

This is such an easy recipe, and dinner was fantastic. The kids loved the meatballs. They ate with potatoes, I just had with broccoli and a salad. The gravy actually goes great with broccoli, FYI. Love an easy recipe. Thank you! Made for Billboard Tag here in the forums.
