Step by Step Method

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well; spray a frypan with veggie spray; heat to medium; spoon pancakes into frypan; sized as you prefer.

Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes; turn and cook a further 15 minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
Step 3
Serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup.
