Step by Step Method
Step 1
Simmer the potatoes, celery and onions in chicken broth, until celery is softened.

Season lightly.
Step 3
Take out a cup of veggies and set aside.

Add the cottage cheese.

Puree with stick blender.
Step 6
Add milk, bacon bits and veggies back in and simmer for 5 minutes, don't boil.
Step 7
Season to taste.
