The ingredients are:
  • 30 ounces potatoes, peeled, diced, undrained (2 cans)
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup green onions, minced
  • 10 ounces chicken broth (1 can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons real bacon bits

How to Make

  • Step 1: Simmer the potatoes, celery and onions in chicken broth, until celery is softened.

  • Step 2: Season lightly.

  • Step 3: Take out a cup of veggies and set aside.

  • Step 4: Add the cottage cheese.

  • Step 5: Puree with stick blender.

  • Step 6: Add milk, bacon bits and veggies back in and simmer for 5 minutes, don't boil.

  • Step 7: Season to taste.
