Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large pot saute the onions and celery in oil or butter until softened.

Step 2

Add all the condensed soups, broth, corn, ham and salt and pepper to the pot.

Step 3

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 4

At the end of cooking add the half and half and heat through for 10 more minutes.
