Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of potato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can (10 3/4) ounce) condensed cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce) chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons oil (or butter)
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped finely
  • 1 to 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 1 package (12 ounce) frozen whole kernel corn
  • 400 to 450 grams ham (about 3 cups diced)
  • 1 cup half and half
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large pot saute the onions and celery in oil or butter until softened.

  • Step 2: Add all the condensed soups, broth, corn, ham and salt and pepper to the pot.

  • Step 3: Simmer for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: At the end of cooking add the half and half and heat through for 10 more minutes.
