Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Step 3
For the crust; in a bowl combine the graham crumbs with brown sugar and melted butter; gently press into the bottom of the baking pan.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile in a bowl combine the condensed milk with coconut extract and shredded coconut; spread over the crust and return to oven for 14 minutes.
Step 6
Immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips on top; allow to melt then gently spread over the bars with back of a spoon.
Step 7
Cool before slicing.
