Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Lightly butter and flour pam spray a 24 x 10cm / 9 1/2 x 4″ cake pan and line it with parchment paper.(she had bread pan)

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients not spices though

Melt the butter in a saucepan

Add spices

Let it cool for a few minutes and add the honey, molasses, milk, eggs, tea, sugar, to the warm pan.
Step 7
Whisk well, stir into the bowl with the dry mixture
Step 8
Mix with an electric mixer until well combined.
Step 9
The dough will be quite liquid.
Step 10
Scrape the dough into the lined cake pan and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the cake is done.
Step 11
Check with a toothpick it should come out clean.
Step 12
Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes before you take it out of the pan.
Step 13
Keep the cake wrapped in paper and cling wrap to keep its moisture.
