Made for the FF&F FYC tag game - Dumplings have been a favorite since my childhood & I prefer the lighter dough-style. Bisquick was my Mom's "right hand" when she made them, but here in Iceland Bisquick is an import occ hard to find & almost always costly. They were being served w/duck vs soup or stew, so I used my homemade chicken stock to cook them. They were well-flavored, tender & produced a lovely rich gravy I could have eaten w/a spoon. I'm sure I will rely on your recipe often. Thx for sharing it w/us.
