"We love this rub. Great on pork chops and roasts. We usually grill this recipe, but I know it would work great in the oven on a roast or crockpot and it would work just fine for pan fried chops."
Mix all the spices in a small bowl.
Cover the meat you are using, all sides well with the dry rub. Really rub it into the meat.
Let it sit in the refrigerator to marinate at least 2 hours.
Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes each side.
