I made these a couple of times and we love them! My kids gobbled them up which made me very happy. Now it is added to our weekly menu to have as a side to many of our meals!

You don't have to have company to make these tasty peas! We love them and they will be repeated. Now I have a new side to for Thanksgiving too. I halved the recipe for just my son and I and it was just the right amount.

I made half of this recipe because it was just 2 of us for thanksgiving dinner. This was so tasty. Thank you for posting this here, it was a great side to kittencal's rapid blast roast chicken.

What a nice change from plain old boiled peas. I like that there is so much flavor in these. I have made them several times and will make them often.
