"I am always looking for different ways to cook potatoes as they are my favourite side dish. I came up with this nice light coating that I really enjoy. A perfect side to any grilled meat."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Wash potatoes and cut into wedges; soak in water.

Step 3

Mix remaining ingredients together in a plastic bag.

Step 4

Drain potatoes and drizzle with a bit of olive oil to coat.

Step 5

Toss in potatoes and shake making sure potatoes are nicely dredged.

Step 6

Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Step 7

Place potatoes on cookie sheet and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.

Step 8

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning after every 10 minutes, until cooked through.

Surprised to see I haven't reviewed Dredged Potato Wedges, I have made them as posted, have scaled them to half as well as made them in the air fryer. For one person the air fryer my favourite way to enjoy potato wedges. Recipe far superior to those found in the market freezers. Used Yukon Gold potatoes from my back yard garden, I am going to try the Queen Anne next. Thank you for sharing!

We love potato wedges...but found these a bit on the dry side...so we used a lot of ketchup for dipping...made for one of our appy nights...tagged in the "Pick Me" tag games...

I was a little hesitant of this recipe so I followed it to a T! And............ This is a fantastic recipe, so very good! Easy to make and just so darned good to eat! I think this is my new way of making oven wedges! The family loved them. Thanks Bea.

OMG these are good! I doubled the recipe and after we dredged our potato wedges, I added cornmeal to the leftover flour mixture and we used it to bread our tilapia fillets! This is a wonderful recipe! Thanks Bea!! I put the printed out recipe with my other go to recipes!
