  • 2 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Wash potatoes and cut into wedges; soak in water.

  • Step 3: Mix remaining ingredients together in a plastic bag.

  • Step 4: Drain potatoes and drizzle with a bit of olive oil to coat.

  • Step 5: Toss in potatoes and shake making sure potatoes are nicely dredged.
