Step by Step Method

Step 1

Coat ham with mustard.

Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients together and coat entire ham with the mix to cover.

Step 3

Let sit at room temp for 2 hours

Step 4

Smoke with hickory for 3 hours @ 225°F ( using heavy smoke ).

Step 5

I use beer in the water pan of my smoker.

It would be great if you put down amounts for the ingredients in this recipe. I used regular horseradish and yellow mustard and mixed them together. It was good, but on the spicy side for me. Thank you for sharing your recipe here with us Shadow

Got my husband an early Christmas present, a smoker. We used it yesterday to smoke a ham. It was so delicious! Didn't use the cayenne, and mixed mustard and horseradish together to put over the top. Family loved it!
