Step 1: Coat ham with mustard.
Step 2: Mix remaining ingredients together and coat entire ham with the mix to cover.
Step 3: Let sit at room temp for 2 hours
Step 4: Smoke with hickory for 3 hours @ 225°F ( using heavy smoke ).
Step 5: I use beer in the water pan of my smoker.
