Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 pound smoked ham (store bought)
  • Horseradish mustard (as needed)
  • Black pepper (as needed)
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Cayenne pepper (as needed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat ham with mustard.

  • Step 2: Mix remaining ingredients together and coat entire ham with the mix to cover.

  • Step 3: Let sit at room temp for 2 hours

  • Step 4: Smoke with hickory for 3 hours @ 225°F ( using heavy smoke ).

  • Step 5: I use beer in the water pan of my smoker.
