Made for chips and dip for Thanksgiving. We love dill pickles so I knew we would love it. It went over real big with my grandchildren!

I have to admit I am a sucker for pickle dips, and this one did not disappoint. I used fresh dill (so doubled it) and wanted to at least sample it before waiting overnight. It definitely was best the next day, so the pickle could really permeate its flavor. I cheated on my sample, I added a little pickle juice to boost that flavor, since I couldn't bear waiting so long to taste it (I know, *willpower*).

Love this dip! I made it to go with Salt and Vinegar chips and pretzel sticks. I know, sounds wierd but it was a great combination!
