Step by Step Method
Step 1
Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise and place yolks in a small bowl.

Set whites aside.
Step 3
Mash yolks with fork and stir in mayonnaise, dill weed, garlic salt.

Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture.
Step 5
Set aside.
Step 6
On a platter arrange lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, bacon, and green onions.

Arrange eggs on greens.
Step 8
Drizzle with Dill Vinaigrette.

DILL VINAIGRETTE:

In a screw-top jar, combine 1/3 cup oil 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and pepper.

Cover and shake well.
