Sift dry ingredients together.

Combine creams, then stir in soda. Add to flour and mix quickly, add more cream if to thick.

Turn out on floured board. Pat out 1/2 inch thickness, then cut.

Bake on ungreased baking sheet in hot oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
