How to Make

  • Step 1: Sift dry ingredients together.

  • Step 2: Combine creams, then stir in soda. Add to flour and mix quickly, add more cream if to thick.

  • Step 3: Turn out on floured board. Pat out 1/2 inch thickness, then cut.

  • Step 4: Bake on ungreased baking sheet in hot oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
