Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 2 9" round cake pans.
Step 3
Place mix, undiluted soup, eggs, oil ,extract,and water in large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Beat on low 1 minute.
Step 5
Add spices and applesauce
Step 6
Stop mixer, scrape sides of bowl.
Step 7
Beat on medium 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 8
Fold in raisins and pecans.
Step 9
Bake 28 to 31 minutes.
Step 10
Remove to cooling rack for 10 minutes.
Step 11
Invert cake 2 times until right side up.
Step 12
Then cool 30 minutes more.
