A very enjoyable omelet for breakfast this morning though I used half an avocado and 2 mushrooms and 2 slices cheese and slightly cooked the mushrooms and the green onions before putting into the omelet otherwise followed as per recipe and thoroughly enjoyed, thank you dienia b made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
