"This is how I like my hash browns, they are made with Hungry Jack's dehydrated potatoes and are relatively cheap to make, easy too. The package says 7 servings but, no. You can use just regular oil but the bacon grease puts them over the top. You can use American cheese but I prefer cheddar. The potatoes are shelf stable and good to have at the end of the month and in pantry for emergencies."

Original is 4 servings
