I scaled this back for one serve and omitted the egg as for such a small amount I feel it would make the mixture to wet otherwise the only changes I made were to use a little extra tomato sauce/ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and as I had some grated mozzarella on hand I used that up and baked in a 175C oven for 30 minutes and had a delicious, moist individual meatloaf which I thoroughly enjoyed, thank you dienia b, made for Alphabet Tag Game at FF&F.
