Step by Step Method
Step 1
Proof yeast in warm water with honey. Add rest of ingredients. Knead until smooth. Let rise until double.
Step 2
Punch down and put in bread pan that has been greased with bacon grease. let rise again until doubled
Step 3
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until bread is browned.
