Great flavor! I think that extra 45 minutes of simmering in the beef stock really put these meatballs over the top. I did make an additional gravy since my group is used to the Swedish meatballs with pasta treatment. These meatballs worked well either way. Thank you!

Yum. I enjoyed these meatballs and especially liked the mustard. I made a little more sauce because I was serving them over noodles. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Dee.

Boy, this is some spicy meatball! Even so, the flavor of the mustard still came through.with 1lb. I’d ground beef, I yielded 21 meatballs. They were very tender and moist, without being mushy. Made by a fellow Feed Bag for Susie’s World Tour 2019.

I had unexpected company tonight and started these an hour before they were supposed to arrive. By the time we ate, the broth has reduced nicely. Everyone - including my somewhat picky DGD - enjoyed them! Thanks for posting, Dee!

These are great little savoury meatballs , I like the use of mustard (yum, I was quite generous with that), and soy sauce, they held together well in the cooking and are great like that, served with mash and veg. Thanks Dienia, much enjoyed, for Benelux, Culinary Quest 2019, FeedBags
