Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat water to a boil and whisk in cornmeal.

Lower heat and cook to a mush.
Step 3
Add eggs (temper them) and remove from heat at once, stirring well.

Stir for three minutes.
Step 6
Grease a two-quart casserole.
Step 7
Load batter and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until top slightly browns and bread sets up.
