Step 1

Saute onions and butter

Step 2

Add celery and carrots then cook until translucent

Add cauliflower then season

Step 4

Add broth; simmer 20 minutes

Mix butter and flour. To make a roux

Put by little bits into soup; simmer

Step 7

Add milk; cook until thickened (dont boil)

Step 8

At very last add parsley and sour cream
