Step 1: Saute onions and butter
Step 2: Add celery and carrots then cook until translucent
Step 3: Add cauliflower then season
Step 4: Add broth; simmer 20 minutes
Step 5: Mix butter and flour. To make a roux
Step 6: Put by little bits into soup; simmer
Step 7: Add milk; cook until thickened (dont boil)
Step 8: At very last add parsley and sour cream
