  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen cauliflower
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions and butter

  • Step 2: Add celery and carrots then cook until translucent

  • Step 3: Add cauliflower then season

  • Step 4: Add broth; simmer 20 minutes

  • Step 5: Mix butter and flour. To make a roux

  • Step 6: Put by little bits into soup; simmer

  • Step 7: Add milk; cook until thickened (dont boil)

  • Step 8: At very last add parsley and sour cream
